Roller shutters come into their own when space is tight and access is constant, which makes this 20ft once-used shipping container with S4 doors a natural fit for compact yards and busy compounds. The galvanised shutter is included as standard, fully welded and opening upwards, so nothing swings into the walkway and a forklift can drive straight at the opening. Once-used means one loaded voyage from the factory – effectively a new container, with perhaps a scuff on the corner castings to show for it.
Key Features
- Galvanised roller shutter doors included as standard – manual operation, with electric available on request
- Vertical opening saves the clearance a swing door demands in front of the container
- Once-used (one trip) condition – clean, dry interior and factory-fresh paintwork
- Built as an ISO intermodal unit before conversion, in Corten steel throughout
- Marine-grade plywood floor that stands up to forklifts, pallets and heavy point loads
- Shutters can also be fitted to the long side, and wider openings can be fabricated to order
- A compact, manoeuvrable footprint that fits most yards, car parks and farm settings

Delivery Across the UK
A 20ft container is the easiest size to place, and we deliver them right across the UK with HIAB offload included in the quote. You will still need firm hard standing, a clear entrance of about 3m (10ft) and space for the lorry to leave forwards. Where sites are especially tight, ask about a dedicated smaller vehicle or a tilt-bed alternative before you order.
