Refrigerated containers, commonly known as reefers, are insulated units fitted with an integral refrigeration machine capable of holding temperatures from approximately -25°C to +25°C. Heavy-duty polyurethane insulation and a T-bar aluminium floor keep chilled air circulating evenly around the load, maintaining a stable temperature throughout.Reefers require a three-phase 415V power supply when operating on site, so please confirm your electrical provision before ordering. We supply working refrigerated units in 20ft and 40ft high cube formats, plus non-operating insulated containers where you need thermal protection without active cooling. Typical applications include food and beverage storage, pharmaceutical stock, floristry, catering overflow and event hire. Units are serviced and temperature tested prior to delivery, with hire and purchase options available.
